Rolled ice cream originates in Asia, and is a visually stunning way to prepare and serve ice cream. It is possible to master this equipment within 3 or 4 servings. The machine comes with the ice cream mix, and you are free to add whatever fruits, nuts, biscuits etc on top. It is also possible to roll things like coca cola, beer, vodka etc etc! Look up fried or rolled ice cream machines on social media for inspiration of what can you do.
The machine takes around 15 minutes to set up and will happily run all day and night if needed
